Premium Services: Live Band Concert

What’s Offered:

• 15-20+ minute live band set via us providing the house band.

• 3-5 songs max (your exact set amount will be determined by us as well as how long you take to provide your songs)

• Raw audio recorded directly from soundboard

• Cinematography of performance

• Soundcheck day of show

• 1 rehearsal before the show

• Earn commission/percentage of tickets sold

• Band: Guitar, Bass & Drums | Guitar, Keys & Drums (we will let you know which is available)

• Additional individual instrument add-on options: keys, saxophone, trumpet & etc.

How To Participate:
All that we ask is for the artists selected to cover the cost of the 3 piece band at a discounted rate courtesy of us.

Breakdown:
We're covering the cost of the media, the one rehearsal and the audio being recorded by the sound engineer and additional misc expenses. On average for a musician of quality on the low end it’s set to cost any individual talent $125 - $200 per band member, however we are able to provide a full band at a discounted rate of only $266-377, while providing all of the incentives listed below and more.

The Gold Band Package for $377 you get:

• Guaranteed: Full 3-4 piece band: Bass, Guitar & Drums or Guitar, Keys & Drums

• Guaranteed: 4-5 song set (final number songs determined at a later date)

• Guaranteed: Captured media content of your set (photos and (or) videos)

• Guaranteed: One live in person rehearsal offered upon band’s availability

• Guaranteed: Additional short non live band set performance slot during another day during B.K. Art Fest

• 50% deposit option available upon request

The Silver Band Package for $266 you get:

• Guaranteed: Full 3 piece band: Bass, Guitar & Drums or Guitar, Keys & Drums

• Guaranteed: 3 song set (final number songs determined at a later date)

• Potentially Receive: Captured media content of your set (photos and (or) videos)

• Potentially Receive: Additional short non live band set performance slot during another day during B.K. Art Fest

• NO live in person rehearsal (However, the band will rehearse your song on their own time and during soundcheck on the day of the show the band will briefly go through your set with you via a line check)

• This option is highly recommended for traveling artists who would love to make a strong impact and NOT have to worry about extending their travel.

• MUST PAY IN FULL (NO DEPOSITS ALLOWED)

Optional add-ons:

• Additional Rehearsals: $150-$200 ($50 Per 3 Piece Band Member)

• Mix & Mastered Audio: $175

• Additional Instrumentalists: $150

• Video watermark removal: $65

In person rehearsal will take place between: August 7-12, 2025 (date will be confirmed by end of July)
