Do you have a disability

We often curate events in multi-floor units that don't always have elevator accessibility, so by knowing this we will aim to try our best to accommodate you if you have a disability that limits or prohibits you from walking.

How many pieces will you be bringing + what are their sizes?

We are currently offering selects artists room to fill up at least half of an an 8x10 wall. You may be sharing space with another visual artist as well. Allowed Canvas Sizes: Small: 5 x 5 | 4 x 6 | 7 x 5 | 6 x 6 | 8 x 8 Medium: 10 x 8 | 10 x 10 | 12 x 10 | 12 x 12 | 14 x 11 | 14 x 14 | 16 x 12 Large: 18 x 24 | 20 x 24 | 24 x 36 | 30 x 40 | 36 x 48 If you'd like to also have a table in front of your wall, you may purchase a vendor table package. Please reach out to us after completing the form in regard to information on that.

Would You Like Space To Do Live Art?

Please inform us if you do live art/painting, as well if you have an interest in bringing an easel and painting live inform us. We must be selective due to possible space limitations.

Aside from us having couples themed events time to time, we also utilize this information to include certain creatives to be a part of conversations dealing with matters of the art. With that said please know that we use this data to help inform creatives and participants on a multitude of things that are highly related.

Social Media Promo Video + Collaborated Post

*THIS WOULD REALLY HELP PROMOTION FOR THE SERIES* Would you be opened to creating a reel based video that is 30-45 seconds promoting your participation in the event? You would send the video to us once you're done and we will post it on different social media platforms, however this will mainly be for Instagram and we will invite you to be a collaborator on the post in which you would accept leaving the post up for as long as your participating until the start of the event. Once the event is over you may remove your collaboration on the post. We will add the necessary caption needed providing the detailed information about the event. We are not forcing anyone into doing this, but this would really help with promotion for the event and we often run ads on some of our posts. What You Would Say: "Hey my name is..." "You could catch me showcasing my art at the Creative Visionaries Space in an amazing residency opportunity." "If you support art, creativity, music and want to network with some cool entrepreneurs, creatives and just fun people in general in that field as well as support me then get your tickets now at lifeofuga.com..." You don't have to say it verbatim as written, because we'd love for you to incorporate your personality as much as possible. However still you should include your name, role and place to get tickets. Also please refrain from using any profanity in the message as that can affect ad placement. *THIS WOULD REALLY HELP PROMOTION FOR THE EVENT*

By not only participating, but just by attending the event you and your guest, staff and team all agree to the fact that we have the complete rights on how media is used, promoted and distributed. However we will always provide our best customer service and patron supporter experience in our handling of our media content. We aim to make sure that no content is posted by U.G.A. that we deem harmful to the brand of all involved with our event whether they are staff, artist, patron or any other form attendee who has supported our event. All participants are allowed copies of the media captured to freely use for promotional purposes upon our consent. If you find anything unsatisfactory, please reach out to us and we will try our best to assist in removing the content or not promoting it.
